LABOAO provides spray dryers for the environmental protection industry, such as the desulfurization technology used to reduce the emission of sulfur dioxide. This technology uses a spray dryer, using milk of lime as an absorbent, the absorption liquid is sprayed into the spray tower by the spray dryer, and the flue gas is also introduced at the same time. In the spray tower, sulfur monoxide first reacts with lime emulsion droplets to form calcium sulfite and calcium sulfate. At the same time, the liquid droplets absorb the heat in the hot flue gas to evaporate the water, and the product is discharged from the lower part of the dryer. The unreacted lime particles and reaction products in the flue gas are collected by the bag filter, which will not cause secondary pollution. Compared with the wet method widely used in flue gas desulfurization, the powder product formed by spray drying desulfurization has greater selectivity and development value.
