The device is especially aimed at organic solvents, and the inert gas medium formed by circulating nitrogen gas is used to replace the usual air medium for spray drying. In addition to recovering products, organic solvents can also be recovered. This set of closed circulation spray system is specially designed for organic solvents with low flash point or slightly toxic characteristics, flammable and explosive characteristics.

OVERVIEW

1. Principle:

The device is especially for organic solvents, and uses the inert gas medium formed by circulating nitrogen to replace the usual air medium for spray drying. In addition to recovering products, organic solvents can also be recovered. According to the relevant characteristics of organic solvents, a set of closed cycle spraying system is specially designed.

The new equipment developed by our company does not necessarily need to reach the boiling point for evaporation. As long as the alcohol in the external air is not saturated, the alcohol can also evaporate at 30-40 degrees Celsius.

Based on this principle, our company has developed a set of closed cycle spray dryers that can evaporate in low temperature environments
