
In order to effectively guarantee the cleanliness of the pipeline and all parts in contact with the finished product, the experimental spray dryer can obtain first-class products during use, and regular cleaning equipment is required. When the product type has changed, or the spray drying equipment has been out of production for more than 24 hours without cleaning, a thorough and thorough cleaning should be carried out.
In the laboratory spray dryer, the cleaning method can be used for dry cleaning, wet cleaning or chemical washing according to actual selection. In the dry cleaning process, brushes and vacuum cleaners can be used for effective cleaning. Wet cleaning: 60~80°C hot water.
In the chemical cleaning process, the experimental spray dryer can be cleaned with acid, lye and various detergents during operation. When used for pickling, it will effectively make a solution with HNO3 concentration of 1~2%, heating temperature does not exceed 65°C for washing, and then wash with water; solution, heated to a temperature not exceeding 65°C for washing, and then washed with water.
The laboratory spray dryer should be cleaned to a certain extent according to the surrounding environmental conditions and the dust level in the air. Generally, the high dust content is cleaned for 3 to 6 weeks, and the low dust content is washed once every 6 to 8 weeks. The stainless steel filaments washed by alkaline washing method should be evenly placed in the frame of the air filter and sprayed with light spindle oil or vacuum pump.
