OVERVIEW
The top spraying device of multi-functional spray granulator is composed of a conical pot body and an extension chamber. At the top of the extension chamber, there are several spray gun installation ports, which can be used to spray atomized liquid in the granulation and coating process. The top spray can be used in various applications such as drying, granulation and flavor masking coating.
The bottom spray device of multifunctional spray granulator is composed of a conical pot body and a built-in infusion cylinder. The bottom of the pot body adopts a double duct air inlet structure to control the airflow status inside and outside the infusion cylinder. The material moves upward at high speed inside the guide barrel and falls into the outside of the guide barrel after entering the extension chamber, and so on. The atomization gun is installed in the center of the guide tube, the gun spraying liquid from the bottom upward, the direction and material, airflow direction. The bottom spray is mainly used for functional coating of various micro pills and fine particles.
