Lab scale spray dryer is our latest type which is the result of our constant innovation in this field of laboratory scale spray drying systems through longtime. It assembles many of new design, for example, small shape for free moving, combining air compressor and electrical heater inside the cabinet, glass spray and cyclone separator for inspecting. All the data and function are controlled by PLC, English language.

2. The use of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant 16# silicone tube, can meet the needs of most heat-sensitive materials conveying.
3. The feeding device is an embedded peristaltic pump, precise speed control, one-way rotation is safer.
4. Supporting good light transmission, and acid and alkali resistant high borosilicate glass drying components.
5. The clamps of fixed components are made of high quality aluminum alloy, tight and durable without dead ends.
6. The cyclone separator and the bag type dust removal device can be switched to use, which can sieve and collect materials of different particle sizes.
7. The use of imported oil-free air compressor from Taiwan, low pollution, low noise, can work continuously.
8. Dopt high-precision PID temperature control technology, temperature control precision range 1℃, electric heating heat source is stable and more environmentally friendly.

10. The finished dry powder after drying, its granularity is more uniform, more than 95% of the dry powder is in the same granularity range.
11. For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through-needle), which will be cleared automatically when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of through-needle can be adjusted automatically.
12. Stainless steel drying chamber can do tower wall blowing.
